Team Lead Purchasing Mechanics & Accessories (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Strategic purchasing responsibility for the mechanics and accessories product groups.
• Management and further development of existing and establishment of new supply chains.
• Further development of purchasing processes and the team.
• Active supplier management with regard to performance, target achievement and security of supply.
• Ensuring resilient and sustainable supplier relationships and supply chains.
• Decision-making authority in the context of strategic supplier selection and approval.
• Supplier qualification in close coordination with Supplier Quality Management.
• Technology scouting and contract management.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or project purchasing in a manufacturing company, ideally in the field of electromechanics.
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers in a global environment.
• Initial leadership experience as well as experience in conflict and project management.
• Strong communication and diplomatic skills.
• Initiative, persistence, persuasiveness and assertiveness.
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
