- As a neutral, competent business partner, you will be responsible for global operations controlling, maintaining independent communication with the functional departments and actively managing the implementation of control measures.
- You will further develop pricing processes and standardize them to achieve pricing excellence.
- You will determine production costs (inventory valuation and write-downs).
- You will analyze and manage inventory as a driver of net working capital to ensure optimal liquidity ratios.
- You will conduct make-or-buy analyses, provide recommendations for action, and oversee their implementation.
- You design and create key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, and initiate measures to ensure plan compliance based on analyses.
- You support master data routines and proactively contribute to data quality assurance.
- You are a competent partner to the Business Intelligence team and provide new technical insights.
- You have knowledge of transfer pricing
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
- You combine technical aptitude with business acumen.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in a comparable position at a medium-sized manufacturing company with international locations.
- You are motivated, creative, and innovative, as well as persistent, patient, approachable, tolerant, and curious.
- You communicate very well in German and English and enjoy working on global projects in international teams
