Your tasks
- Support the installation and integration of our products.
- Support the SDK, API, and other software requirements programming requests
- Assist sales team in qualifying new opportunities for solutions and evaluating technical needs
- Support sales in communicating solutions to the customer
- Engage in sales and support calls for troubleshooting, customer education, and product demonstrations
- Review code, scripts, sample code from the customers for trouble shooting
- Test, evaluate, spec, and suggest imaging solutions to customers
- Train sales and other staff on the important features of our portfolio and how they work for applications
- Communicate effectively with others for a team-based solution approach
- Report the needs, the successes, and failures of the prospects in the territory
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Vision & Robotics, or other Engineering Disciplines
- Several years’ professional experience in a similar role
- High level of technical understanding
- Experience in machine vision cameras, frame grabbers or components is a plus
- Working knowledge of writing code in C++, C#, Python, or MATLAB for projects, Open CV is a plus
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Strong presentation ability
- Ability to travel to visit customers as needed in the territory
