Your tasks
- Supporting the HR team with digitalisation and process optimisation throughout the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Overseeing the operational implementation of digitalisation measures in day-to-day HR work on site (e.g. introducing digital workflows, document and form processes).
- Maintaining, structuring and ensuring the quality of data in the HR information system, as well as supporting the introduction and further development of new HR tools (testing, rollout, creation of training and support materials).
- Supporting recruitment and applicant management with a focus on digital processes (e.g. application workflows, templates, automation, reporting).
Your profile
- A degree in economics with a specialisation in human resources management or a comparable field.
- Ideally, some basic knowledge of human resources gained during your studies, as well as a keen interest in HR topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- A goal-oriented and independent approach to work in accordance with guidelines.
- A high level of trustworthiness and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
