Our Quality Management for your satisfaction
At Allied Vision, we know that our customers rely on our products and services to collect information that is vital to their business - whether for quality insurance, safety inspection or medical diagnostics. This is why we operate according to a strict quality management system that is audited every year by TÜV Hessen.
ISO 13485-certified Quality Management for medical equipment
All our four R&D and manufacturing sites worldwide are certified according to the quality management standard for medical equipment DIN EN ISO 13485:2016, including yearly audits by TÜV on site.

We discuss with you your requirements based on your application and the relevant medical regulations. All requirements will be signed in a Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA).

Product compliance and ESG
We guarantee that our products meet the regulatory requirements for industrial cameras in the European Union, Canada, the USA, China and Singapore. Accordingly, they are CE marked, EU declarations of conformity are available upon request, and the declarations of conformity for the USA and Canada as well as the China RoHS mark can be found in the User Guide.
Reach-POP-RoHS declaration
The CE mark guarantees, among other things, that we comply with the RoHS directive as well as the REACH and POP regulations. Details can also be found in our current Reach-POP-RoHS declaration.
Conflict Minerals CMRT
For the U.S. market, we identify the smelters that contribute tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold to our products (Dodd-Frank Act section 1503). We document in accordance with the requirements of the Responsible Minerals Initiative in a CMRT, which we update annually.

TSCA Declaration
Based on chemical analysis in an accredited test laboratory (DEKRA Halle, Germany), Allied Vision warrants that the Allied Vision Alvium Series cameras do not contain any of the listed substances, which are restricted under US Code of Federal Regulations title 40, part 751.
Declaration on environmental, social and governance responsibility
As an organization that supplies German customers with more than 3,000 employees, we must take into account the provisions of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichten-gesetz), which reinforces the environmental, social and governance requirements of other laws throughout the whole supply chain.

To protect the integrity of the company, Allied Vision is interested in learning of proven or suspected violations of laws or internal regulations. Therefore, Allied Vision offers its employees, customers, suppliers and other business partners a secure whistleblower portal.
